Horror: Father rapes 13-year-old multiple times during lockdown

A shameful incident has been reported in Telangana where a man has crossed all limits between a father and a daughter. The 35-year-old man has allegedly raped his daughter when the whole nation was observing lockdown due to the novel coronavirus.

According to the reports, the incident took place in the Vikarabad district of Telangana within the territorial jurisdiction of Karankote Police Station. Reportedly, the 13-year-old girl is the student of a religious school in another district and had come back home before the imposition of nationwide lockdown in March 2020.

The 35-year-old accused is a daily wage worker, had married four times. Reportedly, his first two marriages ended with divorce while his third wife passed away. The minor victim girl was born to his third wife. Currently, the man was living with his mother, his fourth wife, and their son.

As per information collected by The Times of India, the minor girl was raped several times by her father since she returned back her home.

Moreover, no family members were aware of the heinous crime. Reportedly, the accused man has recently sexually assaulted the girl before the recently celebrated festival. He also threatened the minor girl with dire consequences if she revealed anything to anyone.

Somehow girl managed to get the courage and revealed her ordeal to her stepmother, who approached the police and registered a complaint against the man.

Meanwhile, the accused man has been booked under Section 375 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code and other relevant sections of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
