Girl takes this extreme step after man puts her objectionable photos on social media

A suicide case has been reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Etah district where a girl hanged herself to death.

She took this extreme step after a man uploaded her objectionable picture on social media.

The victim was found hanged at her home by her parents under Bagwala Police station area, timesnownews.com report said.

The incident took place on Monday. According to a Hindi daily Hindustan, the accused identified as Durvijay alias Kallan.

Based on a complaint from the girl’s father, an FIR has been registered against a man who allegedly shared the obscene picture of the girl on social media.

As per the now-deceased girl’s parents, Durvijay clicked an obscene picture of their daughter and uploaded them on social media.

On Sunday, the victim’s brother saw the objectionable picture of his sister, who later informed his parents.

The girl got disappointed after knowing that her objectionable picture went viral on social media.

She locked herself in the room and hanged herself to death.

Following the incident, the girl’s father filed an FIR, and subsequently, the accused was arrested.

According to a police official, prima facie it was a case of an affair between the two. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Uday Shankar Singh said FIR against the accused has been registered and arrested the accused.
