Delhi shocker: Man thrashed, stabbed to death after dispute over Rs 30
In a shocking incident that has come to light from Delhi’s Model Town area, a man was thrashed and stabbed to death by two brothers for only Rs 30 on Thursday.
The deceased, identified as Sonu, used to do catering work at weddings, while one of the accused, identified as Rahul, also worked with him. Reportedly, Sonu had taken money from Rahul and a dispute was going on between them for a couple of days.
On the day of the incident, Rahul along with his brother, named Harish met Sonu and asked him to give back the money. This led to a heated argument between the trio, following which the two brothers thrashed Sonu. The accused allegedly stabbed Sonu several times in the stomach with a knife, after which he collapsed on the road.
Soon, police were informed and they arrived at the spot. Sonu was rushed to the nearest hospital, where the doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police have arrested both the accused and further investigation into the matter is underway.
