Delhi horror: Pregnant Kyrgyz woman, her son stabbed to death

In yet another spine-chilling incident of crime reported from the national capital’s Kalkaji, a pregnant woman from Kyrgyzstan and her one-year-old kid were found killed in an apartment on Tuesday.

As maintained by the cops, the woman, identified as Myskal Zhumabaeva, and her son named Manas were found lying on the bed with multiple stab injuries. The apartment was owned by a friend of the deceased woman, the police said.

The deceased woman was five months pregnant and resided with her spouse, identified as Vinay Chauhan in Delhi’s Greater Kailash area.

The initial investigation into the matter has suggested that Myskal had an altercation with her husband on Monday. The victim made a complaint about stomach ache and wanted to go to a hospital. Howbeit, her husband left her at home and went to meet his friend, identified as Wahid and stayed there till next morning.

The woman then made a phone call to her friend, named Matluba Madusmonova, an Uzbek national, who took her to the hospital with her friend Avinish, the police said.

Following her visit to the hospital, Matluba took Myskal and the kid to her residence in Kalkaji. The mother-son duo was found dead inside this house on Tuesday.

According to the police, a case of murder has been filed and further investigation is in progress.
