Chennai Horror: Man tries to remove foetus from girlfriend’s womb by watching YouTube videos

A shocking news was reported from Tamil Nadu’s Chennai where a 27-year-old man was arrested for attempting a botched-up surgery in wake to abort his teenage girlfriend’s foetus. The man tried to abort the foetus himself as they didn't want their family to know about the pregnancy. So by watching several Youtube tutorials, he performed the surgery on Wednesday.

The incident came to light when the man rushed her girlfriend to a nearby hospital after she started bleeding badly and the foetus died inside the womb. However soon doctors referred her to Chennai’s Royapuram GH after seeing the girl in critical condition. On Thursday doctors pronounced her stable after the botched-up surgery.

As per police, on Wednesday morning man bought all the necessary equipment including surgical blades, scissors, gel and gloves. By evening he brought his girlfriend to cashew farm where he performed the surgery by watching Youtube videos regarding the same.

While conducting the abortion, he tried to pull the foetus by its head however its hand came out seeing this he got perplexed as there were no videos which demonstrated pulling out a baby by hand. But he ignored all this and decided to conclude the abortion surgery however in an attempt to pull the foetus by the hand he broke it.
