Budget 2020: Modi Govt proposes Rs 30,757 Cr for Jammu-Kashmir and Rs 5,958 for Ladakh
The Narendra Modi government on Saturday proposed Rs 30,757 crore for Jammu and Kashmir, and Rs 5,958 for Ladakh for fiscal 2020-21. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman during here her budget speech announced theta the central government has proposed Rs 30,757 crore and Rs 5,958 crore for Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh respectively.
Sitharaman during her budget speech said, 100 more airports to developed by 2022 under UDAN scheme. More Tejas-type trains to connect tourist destinations.
This apart, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway to be completed by 2023, Chennai-Bengaluru Expressway to be launched, said the Finance Minister.
Krishi UDAN will be launched by the Ministry of Civil Aviation on international and national routes aiming to improve value realisation in North East and tribal districts, said Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday."Krishi UDAN will be launched by the Ministry of Civil Aviation on international and national routes aiming to improve value realisation in North East and tribal districts," said Sithraman while presenting the Union Budget.
