International Yoga Day Preparations Underway: Enthusiasm Builds Up in Shahpura

Kotputli, Jaipur (Rajasthan) : Preparations for International Yoga Day have begun in Shahpura. In Srinaryana Park, yoga instructors are conducting yoga sessions under protocol for an hour every morning, generating enthusiasm among the people. Dr. Satyarnarayan Sharma, Block Coordinator and Chief of Ayurveda Hospital, informed that yoga practice sessions are being held from 5 am to 6 am in Srinaryana Park as part of the pre-Yoga Day rehearsals. This year's theme is "Yoga for Women Empowerment".

The Nodal Officer has appealed to all local residents to participate in large numbers in the yoga practice sessions. He informed that the Block-level International Yoga Day will be celebrated on June 21 from 7 am to 8 am at Shri Kalyan Singh Government Higher Secondary School premises, where public representatives, officials from all government departments, employees, volunteers from NGOs, local traders, and the general public will participate.

Yoga instructors Ashutosh Sharma and Pooja Joshi are training beneficiaries in various yoga postures, including Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom, Tadasana, Surya Namaskar, Trikonasana, and Shavasana, under protocol. A large number of people are participating in these yoga practice sessions. On International Yoga Day, people will be taught yoga for an hour under protocol.
