When Mandira Bedi revealed how her husband Raj Kaushal first met their daughter Tara

Earlier in April, Indian actress, fashion designer, and television presenter Mandira Bedi talked to us about how her late husband Raj Kaushal, took a flight to Madhya Pradesh to welcome their adopted daughter Tara.

It's been nearly a year that Tara has been part of our family and she is gradually blending in to the new way of life. The Quint spoke to Mandira Bedi on how Tara adjusted herself and also why she decided to adopt a four-year-old instead of an infant.

For the first time, Mandira talked us through the day the family met with Tara for the first time and why was it a touching episode for her. The actress also opened up about being infuriated because trolls called her daughter a 'street kid' some time ago.

Speaking about the incident Mandira Bedi stated that these kind of people need to be called out. "You say something to me I have no problem, but you say something about my children, I am going to have a problem".
