Investigation underway after medicines found at Aditya Singh Rajput's residence
Mumbai Police has launched an investigation following the discovery of medicines at the residence of actor Aditya Singh Rajput, who was recently found dead. The police have taken the medicines for further examination. The postmortem has been conducted, but the cause of death report is yet to be released.
Postmortem and Last Rites
After the completion of the postmortem, Aditya Singh Rajput's body was handed over to his family. The actor's last rites were performed at the Oshiwara crematorium on Tuesday. Mumbai Police officials confirmed that the cause of death report has been kept reserved by the doctors.
Additionally, a sample of Rajput's viscera has been sent for a forensic test. Along with these findings, the presence of medicines at the actor's residence has sparked the interest of investigators.
Tragic Discovery at Residence
The 32-year-old actor, Aditya Singh Rajput, was discovered lifeless in the bathroom of his Andheri apartment on Monday.
According to the police, the actor is believed to have died after slipping and falling.
Rajput had sustained two injuries—an ear laceration and a head injury—which appear to be consistent with a fall.
The servant who was present at the residence informed the police that Rajput had been unwell for a few days, experiencing symptoms such as cough, cold, and vomiting.
