Nivai:  With the onset of Shravan month, the sacred Kanwar Yatra has commenced from the city's holy kunds. On Monday morning, the yatra began from Radhadamodar Mandir, where Vedic acharyas accompanied the Kanwariyas to fill the holy water from the Kund into the Kawad. Following this, ritualistic worship and puja of the Kawad were performed amidst the chanting of mantras.

All the Kanwar yatris then proceeded to the Kileshwar Mahadev Temple, situated at an altitude of 1600 feet on the Raktaanchal Parvat, to offer their prayers to Lord Bholenath. The devotees, led by Girraj Shekhawat, carried the Kawad on their shoulders, braving the scorching heat and humidity.

As they reached the temple, they were welcomed by the temple committee members, including Rounak Sarraf and Premchand Khangar, who offered them garlands and dupattas. A grand mah-aarti was performed, followed by the ritualistic worship of Lord Kileshwar Mahadev. The temple committee also organized a mesmerizing decoration of the temple.
